Our Story
Built in North Florida. Built for Youth.
Mighty Mo Association was founded in North Florida with a simple but powerful mission: give young athletes a place to grow - not just as players, but as people. We saw a need in our community for structured, mentorship-driven training that meets kids where they are and pushes them toward who they can become.
What started as small group sessions has grown into a full development program serving youth and teens across North Florida. Every drill, every session, every event is designed with purpose - to build character alongside skill.

Monique Robson
Program Director & Head Coach
Coach Mo brings 15+ years of experience in athletics as a former student athlete and coach. She is in her second year as Head Coach of girls basketball with Duval County Public Schools. Coach Mo specializes in fundamentals development, on-court instruction, recruiting, and the character development of quality student athletes.
